Nature of works and deliverables:
GHG worked closely with The Hills Shire Council in renovating and reconstruction of natural sports fields for the use by Parramatta Eels NRL Club at Memorial Park in Kellyville.
Works that were carried out included:
- Demolishing cricket wicket practice nets and synthetic surface and remove from site
- Removal of baseball mound and associated earthworks to level and prepare surface
- Remedial earthworks to various locations around the site
- Trim subgrade to mirror design finished levels
- Supply and place Turfloam to approximately 200mm and laser level to design grades in preparation for turfing
- Installation of sand slit drainage and irrigation system.
