Our staff are ambassadors not only for our company – but for your business too, so their presentation, attitude and daily performance must be aligned with your expectations. GHG team members are qualified and experienced in their chosen field.

While providing a safe and healthy workplace is a given, we also provide ongoing training and regular information sessions so that all staff are up-to-date on WHS, Environmental Legislation and the latest in horticulture.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Kerry Osborne’s guidance, mentoring and sound advice have proven invaluable. Not only has Kerry been instrumental in building a highlyengaged, cross-functional Board at GHG, his practical tips and well-founded observations continue to bolster the diversity of the organisation.
Geoff Green
Managing Director
Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of GHG and his passion for the business is unrivalled. While Geoff’s focus is ‘new business’, he remains dedicated to building and strengthening relationships, providing outstanding service, and continually improving the day-to-day operations at GHG.
Sally Green
Director
Offering past experience in Executive Assistant roles, Sally offers support to admin and marketing functions of GHG ensuring the highest level of external presentation is upheld and ensures fast and superior customer service is provided at all levels within GHG.
Gavin Hilton
Independent Director
Gavin is proactively involved with high level planning, structuring and operational advice, servicing both accounting and taxation requirements, along with interpreting the relevant legislative framework. His experience in these areas allows his business advice to bolster GHG’s knowledge and success into the future.

Leigh Brain
General Manager-Operations
When it comes to contract management delivery, Leigh is the person you want to lead the way. Extensive experience in programming of works and optimising efficiencies in prominent companies with large maintenance divisions. Backed by Cert IV in WHS, Leigh is well versed in compliance and maintaining the highest levels of safety in the workplace.
Gavin Entwistle
Business Manager
Gavin is the focal point for the business to ensure the smooth running of the finance and admin operational support functions, with a key focus on the maintenance, development and overview of both the electronic and the accreditation systems for the business in supporting management and the Board.
Mark Dando
Sales Manager
Mark is a highly driven and hands-on sales leader possessing natural strengths as a relationship builder, bringing an integrity and drive towards building lasting, solution focussed client relationships for GHG.
Nathan Elder
Senior Project Manager
Nathan has a proven track record of delivering consistent high-quality workmanship and is driven by maintaining high standards though commitment and motivation, with an eye for detail and proficient skills in monitoring, coordinating and motivating teams in daily and project activities. Nathan offers extensive experience in the management and implementation of maintenance programs and construction schedules.
Joel Lennon
Sports Turf Manager
With a Cert IV in Sports Turf Management and a qualified Greenkeeper, Joel is experienced in all aspects of sports turf from beginning to end in different client portfolios. He is comfortable in evaluating progress of projects and preparing detailed reports, whilst maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Ben Bowden
Contract Supervisor – Open Space
Ben is a qualified horticulturalist with over 20 years experience in the horticulture and landscaping industry. He has an eye for detail and is committed to ensuring service delivery standards exceed GHG customer expectations whilst developing and growing positive working relationships, being adaptable in diverse situations and prioritising tasks.

GHG clients can now enjoy the peace of mind and confidence that comes with a Government Approved Contractor. Following a rigorous process, GHG has been appointed an official supplier of Playgrounds, Open Spaces, Modular Structures, Exterior Lighting, Recreational and Associated Infrastructure. This appointment recognises GHG’s contribution to delivering successful projects for NSW Communities.
